Cukīnī pankūkas // Zucchini Fritters

    
    Šoreiz bloga ieraksta sagatavošana man prasīja daudz vairāk laika kā parasti. Tas viss pateicoties neveiksmīgi noķertai acs infekcijai kā rezultātā esmu gandrīz pusakla (nē, tik briesmīgi nav). Tomēr tas nemaina faktu, ka manis nejauši atrastā cukīnī pankūku recepte, turklāt blogā no Amerikas, izrādījās labāka kā gaidīts. Jā, jā, zinu, kam man recepte, ja Latvijā tādas taisa ikviens, kam nav slinkums. Bet tieši tādēļ, atrodot recepti, mani pārņēma vēlme to izmantot un beidzot pankūkas pagatot pēc konkrētas receptes. Pankūkas ir ātri pagatavojamas un vieglas, turklāt viss nepieciešamais jau ir mājās. Pankūkas var kalpot gan kā uzkoda, gan kā viena ēdienreize. Baudiet! Recepte atrodama šeit

    It took me so long to edit this post because, as I say, I'm half blind, but really I have caught some short period eye irritation. I hope it gets better in next few days. But nevertheless, it doesn't change how good tasted these zucchini fritters. They are not only very light and easy to make, but also made from ingredients that can be found at home at every moment. I think. At least in my home. We make them quite a lot, but never really follow some particular recipe, because zucchini fritters are quite common where I live, and an approximate recipe travels by word of mouth.  So I was surprised when I stumbled upon an actual recipe AND in a blog written by an american. It didn't disappoint me, so I advise you to make them one day, maybe tomorrow. It works as an appetizer and as a full on meal. Recipe can be found here.
